West Coast

In the heart of the Gothia Towers lobby, you’ll find our wine and dining bar. Carefully selected wines meet savoury bites and dishes from the grill. A place for both quick stops and longer moments, right in the rhythm of the lobby.

Gothenburg’s most famous shrimp sandwich, hot dishes, salads, fresh juices and great coffee. Or enjoy a glass of wine or a beer at the bar. Take-away is also available.

King Size Shrimp Sandwich

1984 is not only the title of George Orwell’s classic novel. It’s also the year when Gothia Towers’ shrimp sandwich was first created. Our iconic shrimp sandwich is served both in our restaurants and right on the exhibition floor.
